- To Hold an Apartment: A fully-refundable fee of $1,000 secures an interested senior’s place in line for the next available apartment.
- Monthly Service Fee: This fee covers all of the services provided to each resident and ranges from $8,140-$10,960 per month. (Couples pay an extra $2,500 per month.)
