The concrete floor is set and decking is going into place. The weather has been perfect. We lost a little traction earlier in September due to an unavoidable scheduling glitch but we’re looking forward to an exciting and productive fall! So stay tuned — and keep watching!

Our 15 new apartments are open for business and we are ready to welcome new residents to our beautiful, comfortable, and safe community.
The new wing is designed to match the style and character of the existing house, but includes updated systems and brand new fixtures. It includes 15 new, bright and spacious apartments, a dedicated activity center, supplemental kitchen for events, sunny reception area, cozy gathering space, offices, and more!

Construction Update—Goodbye Old Garage!
Construction for our Addition Begins! June 20, 2019—We tore down the garage this week to begin the process of making room for our addition of 14 new apartments and a dedicated activities room. We hope to break ground officially later this summer. So please stay tuned!
