Decatur House residents spent October exploring some local treasures including the Sandwich Glass Museum, the Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory and the Cape Cod Art Museum. We also visited our favorite consignment shop, Penny Lane, took scenic drives to look at the lovely fall foliage along the canal and enjoyed a lovely lunch at Marshland.
On October 30th we said good bye to Activities Coordinator Andrea Regan who decided to make a change and stay at home to be with her two young children more. Thank you Andrea for being a part of the Decatur House team the last few years.
In exchange, we welcome Marcia Brown to the Activities staff. Marcia has years of experience coordinating activities for seniors, most recently at Wingate. She has some terrific programming ideas and is excited to get to know Decatur House residents and their families!
