For Sarah Tribuzio, Decatur House isn’t just a workplace—it’s a part of her story. More than 20 years ago, she celebrated her wedding reception on the front lawn, never imagining that one day she’d be at the helm of the family business. As the daughter of Steve and Linda, Sarah brings both a personal connection and a fresh perspective to Decatur House, blending heart with hands-on leadership.
Before joining the team, Sarah spent over 25 years in the nonprofit sector, most recently as Managing Director of Development for WCAI, Cape Cod’s local NPR station. She’s a storyteller at heart, with a knack for building relationships and making things happen—whether it’s securing funding for public radio or ensuring Decatur House continues to provide exceptional care.
A graduate of Cape Cod Academy and Wheaton College, Sarah is deeply rooted in the community. When she’s not at Decatur House, you’ll likely find her volunteering for local nonprofits, enjoying a beach walk with her dogs, or travelling in Italy.
She’s thrilled to be part of Decatur House’s next chapter, bringing her passion for people, her love of good conversation, and just a little bit of NPR-inspired curiosity to the family business.
