Contractors are busy installing the electric underfloor heating system. Radiant floor heat will provide warmth from the floor up without any cold spots or stuffiness in the rooms being heated. We are excited to be able to offer this level of climate comfort to our residents.
Next, the concrete floor will be poured atop the heating system once all of the wires have been installed and tested.
It’s going to be great having a full activities center, additional meeting and family space, a second kitchen for special events, and 14 new friends to dine and share activities with!
