Thank you everyone for such a warm welcome. I’ve enjoyed getting to know everyone.
We had a great time remembering our Veterans on Veterans Day. Your stories and experiences were fascinating and so meaningful. Our music reminisce was a lot of fun — got us all to break out in song several times! And, great job on the sun catchers (left). I hope they add some brightness to your rooms this fall and winter.
There were also scenic rides to enjoy the last of the fall foliage, Thanksgiving candle-making (left), and visits to Penny Lane and Riverview Shops.
Looking ahead to December, decorations will go up and there are concerts, crafts, and sing alongs planned. Rob and Marcus (the adorable dog) will be back. We’ll be sung to by some local school choirs throughout the month. To top it off, our very own Lourana will play our new piano for us (piano donated by Charles). Thank you Lourana and Charles!
Don’t forget Saturday, December 14, 4 to 6PM is our Holiday Party. There will be good food, drink, and music for all. Families invited!
