Updated Guidelines from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) — Effective August 12, 2021

Given the rising spread of the Delta variant of the Coronavirus and resultant CDC advisories, the MA Department of Public Health/Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) has issued the following updated guidelines for all residents, staff, and visitors of Assisted Living residences. They include:
All Residents should wear masks at all times when not in their own apartments, regardless of vaccination status. This includes during group activities and traveling to and from activities and the dining room. (Masks can be removed to eat and drink).
All Visitors and Staff will be screened on arrival and should wear masks indoors at all times, regardless of vaccination status. This includes while inside resident apartments and during group activities.
Visits must take place outdoors or inside apartments, not in communal spaces.
Visitors may not dine in the dining room with residents, regardless of vaccination status, until further notice.
